The Learning & Development Graduate Intern will support the L&D team in the design, delivery, and evaluation of training initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational performance. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the L&D field, contributing to strategic learning projects while developing professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis, design, development, and delivery of learning content
• Support the coordination and logistics of learning interventions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and communication
• Build learning frameworks in line with business needs
• Contribute to the administration of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Participate in the evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness and learner feedback

Qualifications

• degree/diploma in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Psychology, or a related field
